Guildford, 6th May
The Mavericks and the Bears split a doubleheader for the second week running, as the home team took the first game 7-3, off the back of a complete game from Adam Gould and a home run from Nick Van Goeverden. The second game went the way of the Bears, 19-17, with both sides homering, as the unusually warm May day took it’s tolls on the pitchers.
