A "disjointed" season with unbalanced scheduling — heavy game loads at start and end, minimal play during summer. Despite two available fields, scheduling remained problematic. The team stayed competitive early, splitting a doubleheader at home against league-leading Bristol, but was "always playing catch up in the table," ultimately leading to playoff elimination.
Coach Chris Ward noted it was "challenging" with a squad "too small," but the team "made the most of what we had."
Junior promotions making their mark: Oliver Wong and Jack Burdett both hit their first career home runs at this level. Patrick Bennett also contributed offensively and defensively. Leigh Coke named MVP; Henry Collins standout pitcher; James Molloy strong at third base.
The Millers put together a brilliant campaign, going 22–7 and finishing second in a six-team pool. The only thing that cost them was a run of early-season losses to London Mustangs (4 games while missing key players) — those defeats created an insurmountable gap at the top.
Offensively: 6 home runs, 74 extra-base hits. Pitching: 11 pitchers combined for 160 strikeouts across the season.
