Christ’s College Update

We have been informed by the school that football on the school fields will continue until Saturday May 16th, and so the goalposts will not be taken down until the following Monday (May 18th). Hence the first possible home game of the season, will be Sunday May 23rd. This means that the Mavericks will be on the road for the 5 weeks of the season. That said, with the poor drainage conditions at Christ’s College, it was always possible that any games schedule before that date, would be postponed until later in the season, anyway.

This will not effect Junior sessions, which are held on another part of the field, not should it impact any senior training sessions, as these can work round those limitations……target practice anyone?
